You can use the wireguard tunnel created for your ID on any number of devices, but not at the same time. You can use VLESS XTLS/REALITY tunnel on two devices at the same time. Therefore, three simultaneous connections are possible for one identifier. If you need to connect more devices, create one or more IDs and pay a subscription for them. You are trying to use the same Wireguard tunnel on multiple devices at the same time. Or VLESS XTLS/REALITY tunnel on more than two devices at the same time.
In the process of generating a new tunnel, all data related to the old tunnel is deleted and the server stops serving it. Your VPN client is currently still trying to access the network using a tunnel that no longer exists. You need to disable the old tunnel in the client, the internet will appear and you will receive the configuration of the new tunnel, which must be added to your VPN client.
We do not collect user information. The management server stores the authorization ID, subscription expiration date, and name of the last created tunnel configuration file.
